At Betws Inn we take breakfasting seriously!

Set yourself up for the day with a hearty home cooked full English - including the freshest of free range eggs from our own hens.

Or enjoy a lighter option; with an array of breads, croissants, welsh cakes, fresh fruit salad, cereals and yoghurts to choose from.

And of course fresh tea, coffee and fruit juices.

Evening Meals

Evening meals are available on request, giving you the flexibility to book a meal with your stay or eat out at one of the area's numerous restaurants and pubs.

Home cooked, to order, we always use local ingredients where possible.

Baked smoked haddock on a bed of spinach topped with a cheese sauce
Stuffed red peppers with a mozzarella crust
Bisque of Caernarfon bay crab served with warm crusty bread
Creamy garlic mushrooms

To Follow

Pan-fried fillet of Menai grey mullet served with tarragon butter sauce
Welsh lamb shank slowly braised in red wine, rosemary & garlic
Breast of free-range chicken stuffed with pesto & wrapped in Palma ham
Baked savoury pancakes stuffed with spinach and topped with a Snowdonia cheese sauce

To Finish

Sticky toffee pudding
Crème brûlée with raspberry coulis
Poached pears with local welsh ice cream
Banoffee fudge pie
