Betws Inn is a former 17th Century Coaching Inn that has been sympathetically and beautifully restored to its former glory. Now offering bed and breakfast accommodation, Betws Inn is situated a mile and a half from the village of Waunfawr on the A4085 towards Beddgelert, nestled in the beautiful Gwyrfai Valley.
There are 3 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite facilities. All the bedrooms have radios, hairdryers, and facilities for making hot drinks.
The sitting room has an inglenook fireplace and is an ideal place to relax at the end of a day spent exploring Snowdonia or one of the many tourist attractions of North Wales. There is a TV with normal BBC and ITV channels plus some SKY TV channels.
At the rear of the Inn, some two acres is freely available for the recreation of guests. There is plentiful parking to the front and rear of the bed and breakfast accommodation. |
A freshly cooked breakfast comprising bacon, sausage, grilled tomatoes and egg is provided. Fruit juice, freshly made fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt, breads, tea and coffee are also available. A toaster is provided in the breakfast room to make hot toast.

Set between Beddgelert and Caernarfon , this part of Snowdonia is perfect for activities such as walking, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, bird watching and fishing. The numerous tourist attractions of North Wales are all within easy reach, including castles at Caernarfon, Conwy, and Beaumaris, and local steam railways include the Ffestiniog Railway, the Snowdon Mountain Railway, and the Welsh Highland Railway which passes close to the Inn.
Betws Inn is accessible from the A55 North Wales coast road which connects to the M6 via the M56, and is ideally located for exploring Snowdonia and the whole of North Wales. |
